Yves, Project Consultant at TriTechnology

Yves made a career switch from ServiceNow Product Owner to a Project Consultant at TriTechnology. Using his experience as a partner to help clients in the best and customized way, he can take ownership and build strong relationships while TriTechnology supports his furthering.

In a short period of time he got settled into a client project he wasn’t familiar with. This resulted in a fast-paced approach towards his client. He gained the trust of the client which subsequently resulted in a successful client story. He can proudly say he gives himself an 8/10!

One year as a Project Consultant within TriTechnology? This gets a well-earned 8/10!

Starting his career at TriTechnology in the summer of 2022, his story with TriTechnology began much earlier. In his previous job colleagues were looking for a new IT-partner; TriTechnology was one of the few in the running. Yves was charmed by TriTechnology's approach. When having a look at the jobsite he came in touch with our ServiceNow Project Consultant vacancy. “I didn't hesitate a second to apply”, so he says. He felt that within TriTechnology it would be possible to make a difference, and his feeling was correct.

He threw himself into his new role with varied and exciting projects at the same time which resulted in him gaining the trust of his clients. Because of his technical background and his urge to empathize with the client’s world, he strives for optimal solutions. Besides that he is committed to expand the ongoing partnership with ServiceNow to position our brand even more in the market. He can’t wait to service other companies with excellent customer and employee experience. His career path so far? He gives it a well-earned 8/10!

How did Yves become Project Consultant?

Yves and IT have been a match made in heaven for 23 years now. He took his first steps in the IT world at an Internet provider as a technical help desk employee. Even back then, he consciously chose a company with a focus on customer & employee experience. After 2 years he switched companies and filled in a role as Service Engineer. A role he fulfilled 10 years with great passion where he could implement and optimize the Internet, IOT and Cloud tools with an expansion of the team of which he was team leader.

In the second part of his IT career he was a team leader at a large French company where he managed a remote team of System Engineers for the Benelux region. Next he took on the role of Service Delivery Manager untill he became System Administrator in the implementation of ServiceNow. In 2018, he started as Incident & Problem Manager within a start-up where he took the role of ServiceNow Product Owner/Sysadmin.

After 4 years of gaining technical product experience and learning how to build/maintain long-term customer relationships he made the move towards TriTechnology. Here he can apply his experience as a partner to help (future) clients in a better and customized way. He can’t wait to further his career and to create successful projects with satisfied customers.

Kayaking stands for achieving goals, I give it a big 10/10!

For Yves, kayaking symbolizes achieving goals, out of the box thinking and unconditional support from friends and family. Until 2010, he barely practiced any sports with obesity as a result. It was time for change. His comrade motivated him to start kayaking. From then on they kept a strict weekly schedule and that's how he reached his goal to lose 10 kg in 6 months. Afterwards he joined a kayaking club and enrolled in a certification course where he got to know several club members of whom he got a lot of support.

“The close follow-up and the feeling of accomplishing something as a team gave me a lot of energy and made me lose another 35kg. I feel this story is very similar to how TriTechnology takes its people in tow and helps them achieve their goals. Once you have the right foundation, you radiate energy which is enormously contagious to the rest of your colleagues. For me this really is a big 10/10”

  • As a consultant, do I have to cover a great travel distance on a daily basis?

    As a consultant at TriTechnology, you can work in the region of your choice or from the nearest TriTechnology office. Together with our clients, we strive for a hybrid working situation.

  • Do I have a say in the projects I do?

    The projects proposed to you are in line with your current knowledge, skills and ambitions. Together with our internal team you decide which projects are the best match for you.

  • What if I don’t have the required skills yet for a project that interests me?

    If you lack certain skills for a project, TriTechnology will provide the necessary training and a skilled mentor to guide you through your project.

  • What kind of guidance can I expect?

    We map your current knowledge and skills with the help of in-house tools. This is the starting point of your personal development plan and forms the basis we need to offer you projects and guidance in line with your ambitions. In addition, you receive guidance from our internal team (BaseCamp) your fellow consultants and a Career Coach.

  • Work-life balance is important to me. Is that possible for consultants?

    TriTechnology uses a system of flexible working hours so it’s easier for you to plan your day. We offer 20 legal holidays and 12 ADV/RTT-days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition, you can aquire extra legal vacation days through our cafeteria plan.

  • What does the salary package at TriTechnology look like?
